Do you offer refunds?

As a general rule, I do not offer refunds unless the theme is faulty.

Before requesting a refund

Please understand that if you have an error on your installation, this doesn't necessarily mean the theme is faulty. Because there are so many moving parts to osTicket and an osTicket Theme, an incorrectly installed theme can result in an error. Before requesting a refund, please:

  • Check you are running the correct version of osTicket that matches the release of your theme.
  • Review the osTIcket Forums for any common errors during installation.
  • Read and re-read my Installation Guide.
If you have completed the above and are sure that there is an issue with the theme you purchased, please send me a refund request.
